1. Not a Government Entity
Vaad is an independent, privately operated software platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of India, the National Informatics Centre (NIC), or the official eCourts project in any capacity.
2. Accuracy of Information
The legal data, case statuses, and documents provided through Vaad are aggregated from public sources via third-party APIs. While we strive for speed and reliability, Vaad does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or real-time status of the data. Users should always verify critical case information with official court records.
3. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
Subscriptions to Vaad are subject to strict search and download limits based on your purchased plan (Pro, Pro Max, or Supreme). These limits reset every 30 days. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Automated scraping or bot usage of the Vaad platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Vaad or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, including missed court dates, legal errors, or service downtime.
