"Vaad" is a digital product and brand owned, operated, and managed by Raghav Communication.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Vaad web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Vaad provides a modernized graphical user interface (GUI) and dashboard to track and organize Indian court cases. The core case data, hearing histories, and PDF orders are retrieved dynamically from official third-party APIs (such as eCourtsIndia).
3. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
To ensure system stability and prevent abuse of the underlying APIs, your usage of Vaad is strictly limited to the quotas outlined in your selected subscription tier (Free, Pro, Pro Max, or Supreme). These quotas reset every 30 days based on your billing cycle. Automated scraping, botting, or attempting to bypass these limits will result in an immediate and permanent ban without a refund.
4. Public Data Disclaimer
Vaad is a technology platform, not a law firm or a government entity. We do not generate, alter, or guarantee the accuracy of the court data displayed. Delays, missing PDFs, or empty hearing histories are the result of the respective physical court not uploading the data to the central server. We are not liable for any legal damages resulting from reliance on the data displayed in this app.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions grant you API access credits for a 30-day cycle. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for terms regarding payment disputes.
6. Governing Law & Contact
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
