Refund & Cancellation

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel or downgrade your Vaad subscription plan at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. You will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current 30-day billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of API usage and server costs incurred immediately upon a search, we generally do not offer refunds. However, exceptions will be made in the following scenarios:

• You were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error.
• Your account was successfully charged, but the system completely failed to unlock your API limits, and our support team cannot fix the issue within 48 hours.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refund requests will be firmly denied if:

• You have already utilized any portion of your Pro, Pro Max, or Supreme search/PDF quotas.
• You are unhappy because a specific court has not uploaded PDFs or histories to the central API (we do not control the courts' data entry).
• You forgot to cancel your subscription before a renewal date.
• Your account was terminated for violating our Fair Usage Policy (e.g., botting or scraping).

4. Refund Process & Timeline

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must contact our support email within 3 days of the transaction. If approved, the refund will be initiated immediately. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit Card), as processed by our gateway partner, Razorpay.
