Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Goods

Vaad provides digital subscription services. Due to the nature of digital API-based products, all purchases are final. Once a subscription (Pro, Pro Max, or Supreme) is activated and credits are allocated to your account, we cannot offer a refund.

2. Cancellations

Our plans are prepaid, non-recurring 30-day cycles. You will not be automatically charged the next month. If you wish to stop using Vaad, simply do not renew your subscription at the end of your 30-day billing cycle.

3. Service Downtime

If the official government data source experiences downtime, Vaad API requests may fail. We do not deduct your search limits for failed requests. However, refunds will not be issued for third-party service outages.
